The Karate American Wellness Program is a designed system of self-defense using all parts of the body in a gentle soft way to help the body with stretching, flexibility and balance.

Our Karate Wellness Program is meant for those over 55 years of age and designed around the specific needs and abilities of the students. Wellness System Belt Breakdown
– Beginners start out with the basic belts which are the white, gold stripe, and orange stripe belts.
– Intermediate students wear the green stripe and purple stripe belts.
– When a student achieves an advanced level of skill, they wear the blue stripe, red stripe, and brown stripe belts.
– Only when a student achieves a high level of skill, does he/she wear the black stripe belt.
